He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Sholar Stogner; his son Billy Jackson Stogner, II (Ashley); his grandchildren, Dustin (Abby) and Kelsie; his great grandchildren, Addelyn, Evelyn, Abel, Josie, Beckham, Grayson and Kennedi; his siblings, Kevin Monteith (Kim), Jackie Dills and Ann Putnam (Clyde); his nieces and nephews, Erin (Steve), Ashley (David), Stacy (Kasey), Blake (Jess), Caleb (Camryn) and Seth; his mother-in-law Gretchen Sholar; his sister-in-law Anne Sholar; and his friend Ron Penley.
