He was predeceased by: his parents, Graziella Lewis and Raymond Lewis; his siblings, Danny Lewis and Peggy Willis; and his niece Amy Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his sister Bobbie Mikeal (Norris); his brother-in-law Jimmy Willis; and his nieces, Stephanie Gee (Kevin), Lisa Blair (Jamie) and Cassie Goodnight (Chris). He is also survived by 11 grand-nieces and nephews.
