He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Cecil Pack and Helen Powell Pack; and his granddaughter Haley Grace. He is survived by: his wife Amelia Pack; his daughter Brandy Pack Walkowiak (Billy); and his siblings, Debbie Pack, Sharon Pack, Larry Pack, Vic Pack and Sheila Lambert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
