It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kiser Neal of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Marvin Kiser and Edith Wall Kiser; her sisters, Nancy Carol Garrison and Kimberly Ann Decker; and her nephew David Lee Garrison, Jr..

She is survived by : her sons, Gregory Ray Carr (Lisa) and Christopher Brian Carr (Dawn); her sister Patsy Queen; her grandchildren, Alex Carr, Carson Carr, Raygan Carr and Zackary Carr; and her nieces, Laura Odem, Kelly Taylor, April Burton and Alicia Oseguera.
