He is survived by: his sons, Charles David Bumgardner (Karen), James Keith Bumgardner and Terry Eugene Bumgardner (Kristal); his siblings, Franklin Bumgardner, Rachel Long and Faye Decker; and his stepsisters, Karen Bumgardner and Rita Croom. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
