He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mack and Jenelle Mack; and his nephew Brad Mack. He is survived by: his wife Becky Stillwell; his brother John Mack (Jane); his stepchildren, Sherry Mock (Michael) and Scott Bumgarner (Sherri); his granddaughters, Emily Reed (Lon), Megan Masters (Bryce) and Samantha Bumgarner; and his nephew David Mack (Diana).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
