Steve Parsons Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Steve Parsons of Gastonia, North Carolina. Steve, born on November 10, 1955, passed away on September 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kelly Parsons and Helen Melton Parsons; his sister Karen Parsons Hoyle; and his pet Savannah. He is survived by: his wife Melissa "Lesa" Parsons; his children, Adrian Parsons (Brittany), Eric Parsons, Brook Campbell and Brandi Shelton (Brady); his grandchildren, Ashton Parsons, Alden Parsons, Sadie Burchfield, Maylee McBride-Parsons, Kyndal Tanner (Mary), Makayla Thornburg (Waylon), Suri Shelton, Connor Magee and Trent Magee; his great grandchildren, Macie Kate Tanner and Magnolia Faye Magee; his siblings, Larry Parsons (Susan "Marlo"), Jody Parsons (Pam) and Kelly Parsons Paige (Patty); and his brother-in-law Charles Hoyle. He is also survived by many other family members, church family, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Christ Community Church (3951 W Franklin Blvd, Bessemer City, NC 28052).
