He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Pearson and Marice Goble Pearson; his sister Sarah Pearson Knowles; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Davis and Joe Knowles.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Tom Knowles (Susan), Kimberly Knowles, Eve Schaap, Katie Smitherman and John Knowles.
