She is survived by: her husband William Harvey; her sons, Spencer Harvey (Carolyn) of Fayetteville, NC, Devane Harvey (Kimelon) of Selma, NC and Marcus Harvey (Kenya) of Denver, NC; her siblings, Vivian Roscoe of Charlotte, NC, William Rascoe, Sr. (Clarice) of Gatesville, NC, Eugene Rascoe (Linda) of Edenton, NC and Linberg Rascoe of Gatesville, NC; and her aunts, Shirley Eason of Hertford, NC and Patricia Maness (Melvin) of Farmington, CT. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
