Vann of Waterbury, Reginald Gatling, Jr. of Woodbury, Virginia and Eleanor; his grandchildren, Shamar Vann of Waterbury, Connecticut, Joseph Vann of Waterbury, Connecticut, Lilee Vann of Waterbury, Connecticut, Khnai Vann of Waterbury, Connecticut and Najere Leeper of Charlotte; his great grandchildren, Alaiya Vann of Waterbury and Sterling Leeper of Charlotte; and his siblings, Thomas Simmons (Yvette) of Smoaks, Linda Hiers of Smoaks, Gwendolyn Simmons of Smoaks, Darlene Simmons of Smoaks, Juanita Gatling of Queens, Louvenia Simmons of Branchville and Tracey Simpson (Matthew) of Walterboro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
