He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Brosia Carr, Jr. and Dolly Belle Watson Carr. He is survived by : his wife Wanda Davenport Carr; and his stepsons, John Chapman (Penny) of Creswell and Jeff Chapman (Najla) of Kansas City, MO..
