It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barney Harold Shaw of Gatesville, North Carolina, born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Tracy Raymond and Rosa Mae Keck Shaw; and his siblings, Linda Shaw, Blair Shaw (late Patricia) and Bruce Shaw.
He is survived by : his wife Katherine Huntington Shaw; his children, Christy Gillen (Billy) and Jason Pickle; his siblings, Barry Shaw, Brian Shaw (Catherine) and Katherine Smith (David); and his granddaughters, Leah and Stephanie. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
