He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harvey and Iristeen Harvey; his wife Beverly Harvey; his siblings, Minnie Boykins, Cheryl Harvey and Alfred Harvey; his grandparents, William and Iris Nowell; his nephew Jason Harvey; and his sister-in-law Stayce Harvey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Harvey of Raleigh, NC, Sadie Harvey of Waterbury, CT, Pamela Harvey of Gates, NC, George Harvey of Atlantic City, NJ, Andrew Harvey of Rocky Mount, NC and Tracy Harvey of Suffolk, VA; and his close friend Holly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
