She was predeceased by : her parents, Landorf Dail and Rachel Flynn Dail; and her husband Luther Haywood Eure, Sr.. She is survived by : her children, Lydia Eure Barker (Gerry Riddick), Melinda Dale Eure of Nashville, TN and Luther H. "Luke" Eure, Jr. (Jeanette) of Reidsville; her sister Eloise Early of Harrisonburg, VA.; her grandchildren, Michael Barker (Morgan), Rachel Koupal (Matthew), Ashley Miller (Justin), Jared Johnson, Hannah Queenan (Kyle), Alexa Stroup (David) and Ainsley Underwood (Collin); and her great grandchildren, Denali, Kelty Barker, Cooper, Madelyn Koupal, Lillie Johnson, Isla, Liam Miller, Ezra Stroup and Queenan.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Onslow Lower Cape Fear Life Care Foundation, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401.
