He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Tuttle and Ila Lawson Tuttle; his wife Frances Wood Tuttle; his stepgrandchild Halee Jackson; and his stepson Randy Wood.
He is survived by: his daughter Vanda Kilpatrick; his stepdaughters, Sandra Jackson (Lee) and Christine Smith (Kolan); his stepgrandchildren, Lee Jackson, III, Crystal Sprinkle, Tyler Smith (Kyndall), Lauryn Cox (Elijah) and Joshua Wood; his stepgreat-granddaughter Eloise Cox; and his sister Wanda Dunlap.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rural Hall Christian Church (280 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Rural Hall Memorial Park (531 Tobaccoville Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045).
