Larry Locklear Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Larry Locklear of Gibson, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lewis Locklear and Pearlie Bullard Locklear; his siblings, Lewis Locklear, Stacey Locklear, Dorothy Locklear and Sarah Brooks; and his goddaughter Desiree Lockey.

He is survived by : his wife Annie Ruth Whitehead Locklear; his son Joseph Locklear of Gibson; his granddaughter Marianne Ruth Locklear; his goddaughters, Danielle Blackwell of Hamlet and Alicia Hunt of Laurinburg; and his siblings, David Locklear (Marie) of St. Paul, Lillian Cummings (Richard) of Aberdeen, Linda Locklear of Maxton, Carolyn B. Locklear of Maxton, Janice Locklear of Red Springs and Pearlie Locklear of Laurinburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p. m. Wednesday, September 8, at Richard Boles Funeral Service with Covid mandate restrictions.

In his memory, donations are requested to given to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
