With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher F. Ballard of Gibsonville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his mother Margaret Ballard; his wife Sherry Ballard; his sons, Jack Ballard and Kaleb Richardson; his stepsons, Cary and Vernon Chaffin (Kimberly); his stepgrandchildren, Vernon, Brienna and Presley Chaffin; his sister Lisa Young (Danny); and his stepbrothers, Brian Ballard (Allison) and Randall Honeycutt (Kim). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made in Chris's name to one of his most loved causes Burlington Animal Services, 221 Stone Quarry Road Burlington, NC 27217.
