Fred Curtis Shepherd Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fred Curtis Shepherd (Gibsonville, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 5, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Fred may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Shepherd and Bessie Shepherd; and his sister Belva Jean Nance. He is survived by: his daughter Leigh Anne Shepherd Stewart (Rich); his wife Carolyn Lewis Shepherd; his grandchildren, Kyndal Stewart Davis (Michael) and Parker Stewart; and his sister Gloria Dixon. He is also survived by niece, and many nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society to further the research of Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma.
