She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Summers; her sons, Allen Blevins (Niki) and Kevin Blevins; her stepchildren, Amber Summers (Quentin Leonard), Jesse Summers (Amanda) and Jacob "Jake" Summers; her grandchildren, Amber, Hunter (Lauren), Adam (Taylor), Clay and Johnny; her great grandchildren, Laikyn, Weston and Maelynn; her stepfather Jim Prevette; and her close friends, Karen James (Steve) and Bryan Beaver (Sue). She is also survived by family members and friends.
