He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Graves; and his daughter Sade Graves. He is survived by: his mother Hazeline Jeffries Graves; his son Kirk Patrick Graves Jr. (Ashley); and his siblings, Eddie Cecil Graves "Ben", Tyler Christopher Graves, Jan Darren Graves, JoAnn Graves Marsh (Alan), Donna Graves and Sylvia Graves "Heidi" (Jesse). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 4 nieces, 7 nephews; a host of relatives and friends.
