He is survived by: his parents, Gary William Bell and Shaunda Morgan Hill; his sister Wendy Carter (Kevin); his stepfather Joel Hill, Sr.; his sibling's children, John Carter (Courtney), Jared Carter and Kelly Carter; his great-nephew Foster Carter; and his half-brother Joey Hill.
