She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph D. Chadwick and Viola C. Chadwick; her sisters, Mary Ellen Carglile and Marion Barbour; her siblings-in-law, Gary Lewis and Brenda Newton Lewis; her nieces, Bertha Barbour Lupton and Amy Lewis Barnes; and her nephew Darren Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Roland E. Lewis; her daughters, Rolanda Golden (Sonny) of Bettie, Terrena Foley (Kevin) of Gloucester, Stephanie Goodwin (Henry) of Sea Level and Monica Grady (Randy) of Harkers Island; her grandchildren, Devan Foley (Mary Beth), Brittany Beacham (Michael), Alexandria Roberts (Dusty), Sarah Kittrell (Miller), Harrison Goodwin, Hailey Grady, Patrick Grady (Peyton) and Dade Grady; and her great grandchildren, Jaelyn, Finley, Harper, Elias Beacham, Ada and Hallie Mae Roberts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
