She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Chadwick and Lilly Chadwick; her husband Manley Fulcher Sr.; and her brothers, Oliver Chadwick Jr., Hubert Chadwick and Ronald Chadwick.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Kay Fulcher Niblett (James) of Odessa, FL and Manley Fulcher Jr. (Ann Love) of Gloucester, NC; her grandchildren, Michael Fulcher (Laura), Chris Fulcher (Angie), Jennifer Rhodes (Ty), Manley Fulcher III, Grace Willis (AJ), Jonathan Fulcher and Joseph Bent; and her great grandchildren, Christian, Brooklyn, Caitlyn, Ensley, Syndey, Love, Joslyn, Johnny, Troy, Timmy, Zack, Sophie, Piper, Bohdie and Emory Joseph.
