It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Smith of Gold Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Don Smith. He is survived by: his mother Linda Clawson; his wife Sherry Smith; his siblings, Jason Smith (Susan) and Kelly Carter (Ben); his sister-in-law Jennifer Holloway (Ricky); his children, Shantell Bryant (Joshua), Chelsie Chambers (Curtis), Jeffrey Chandler Smith (Jessica), Matthew McGinnis (Miranda), Kandis McGinnis (Gary) and Jantzen Davis (Katie); and his grandchildren, Chase, Tyler, Graysen, Blane, Cade, Oakley, Kelci and Eloise. He is also survived by aunts; numerous nieces and nephews.
