We announce the death of Robert Mitchell Drew of Gold Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 59. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his father John Robert Drew; his brother Tracy Lee Drew; his great-nephew McCoy Alan Brooks; and his cousin Kenny Randal Drew. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Craft Drew; his wife Sally Holshouser Drew; his children, Mallory Parker (Wayne), Lara Lemmon (Zach) and T. J. Drew (Taylor); and his grandchildren, Iyla Parker, Hayes Parker and Briggs Lemmon. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, numerous cousins, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
