She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Leroy and Liesbeth Dawson Messick; her husband George Marion Ardis; and her close friend Ronnie Williams. She is survived by: her children, George F. Ardis (Vivian), Angie Rains (Bruce), Amy Sasser (Jay), Mike Clifton, Robert Clifton, David Clifton, Tammy Clifton, Steve Clifton and Ronald Clifton; her grandchildren, Ashely Newell (Wesley), Emily Paul (Shayne), Matthew Ardis (Caroline), Holt Rains (Kate), April Grace Rains, Jacob Sasser, Aubrey Sasser, Tara Primm and Kelly Holmes; her great grandchildren, Fynleigh, Sunnie, Garrison, Haley, MaKinley, Holt, Jr., Witt, Franklin and Georgia Grace; and her cousins, Frank Marro, Phil Marro and Jerry Messick. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
