It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Thigpen Patterson (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stacy Thigpen and Elizabeth Ricks Thigpen; and her husband Billy Wayne Patterson. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Lee (David) of Mount Olive and Billy Elwood "Woody" Patterson of Mount Olive; her grandchildren, Dwayne Strickland, MaKaylah Chance (Aaron), Kylie Patterson, Meagan Lee, Jonah Patterson and Taylor Lee; her great grandchild Logan Finley; and her siblings, Miriam Horne, Grace Thigpen and Al Thigpen.
