She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth E. Waters, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Jason David Gerhardt (Brooke), Joshua Scott Matthews and Michael McLean Ousley, Jr.; her grandson Bronson Gerhardt; and her siblings, Kenneth E. Waters, Jr., Kenetha W. Bailey (Johnny) and Karen Jean Waters.
