He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Gaston Little and Gladys Inez Reeves Little; his wives, Lois Jones Little and Lula Belle Berry Little; his daughter Debra Outlaw; his grandson Johnny Sibbett; his stepson Rodney Fitzgerald; and his siblings, Peggy Newsome, Diane Syverson and Jimmy Earl Little.
He is survived by: his children, Darryl Little (Melissa), Jimmy Little (Paula) and Dana Jara (Marc); his sisters, Emily Davis and Sandra Barbour (Ricky); his grandchildren, Kayla Williams (Ronnie), Marissa Cobb (James), Cortney Jones (Eddie), Mackenzie Little, Connor Ennis, Tommy Ray Little, Emma Waggoner and Rhiannon Coats; his great grandchildren, Accolon, Jasmine, Gracie, Laken, Cameron, Cason, Drake, Christina and Vivianna; and his niece Lori Biggins (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Billy's memory to Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 1080 Gurley Dairy Road, Pikeville, NC 27863.
