She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ginn and Bertha Ginn; her husband Frank Webb; her son Dennis Reeves; and her siblings, Dorothy Herring, Clara Edmundson, Lois Sasser, Garland Ginn and Milford Ginn.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Woodard; her granddaughters, Regan Hannant (Steve) and Jade Pyburn (Alec); and her great grandchildren, Karsyn, Ella, Zada and Gracyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
