He is survived by: his father Cleatus Sullivan; his significant other Marguerite Howell Sullivan; his daughters, Brenda Pearson (Jerry) and Kay Ballance; his grandchildren, Jerri-Rae Phillips (Robby), Lindsey MacDougall Luke (Scott), Dustin Gurley (Regina) and Drake Gurley (Joanna); his brother Edward Sullivan (Terri); and his caregiver Cyndee Hutton. He is also survived by his 13 great-grandchildren.
