She is survived by: her daughter Annalisa Dawn West; her grandchildren, Ashley Denise Henry and Amber Noel Bryant (James); her brother Shelton Ray Ezzell (Phyllis); her nieces, Cortnie Madrigal and Dahran Ezzell; her nephew W. Ezzell; and her close friends, Claire, Stu Wetley, Janette Dallas, Betty Jo Smith and Diana Stoker Beason. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and dear friends.
