He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Richard Bailey and Kathleen Taylor Bailey. He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Cotter (Al); his grandchildren, Christopher Bailey Weeks of Mount Olive, Colin Wade Weeks of Mount Olive, Dallas Justin Cotter of Rosewood and Victoria King Panosso (Jacob) of Rosewood; his great grandchild Oliver Panosso; and his close friend Becky Umstead.
