He is survived by: his wife Helen Williams; his children, Edward Williams (Cheryl) of York, PA, Bishop Larry Williams (Jennifer) of Martinsburg, WV, Phyllis Manigault of Columbia, SC, Brenda DeCurtis of Columbus, Denise Dixon (Jan) of Palmyra, PA and Veleda Williams-Haggins of Washington, DC; his sisters, Annie Yelverton of Goldsboro, NC, Margaret Williams of Raleigh, NC, Beatrice Darden of Bryans Road, MD and Essie M. Jones of Brandywine, MD; and his siblings-in-law, Leon Ray of Temple Hill, MD and Dorothy Smith (Kelly) of Snow Hill, NC. He is also survived by 25 Grandchildren and 18 Great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
