He is survived by: his sons, Donald Lister Riggs III (Amanda) of Pikeville and Justin Riggs of Goldsboro; and his brothers, Joe Riggs (Suzanne) of Greenville and Tim Gallant of Fayetteville.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calvary's Cross Church (6076 US-70, La Grange, NC 28551). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
