He was predeceased by: his brother Bill Rouse; and his wife Ann Purcell Rouse. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Melton (Brent), Don Rouse III, Julie Jackson (Jeff) and Suzanne Rouse (Todd Ramsey). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
