She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Crawford and Vivian Sasser Crawford; and her husband Charles Forehand. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Eula Rose Crawford; her cousins, Travis Miller (Janice), Glenn Miller (Judy), Donald Anderson (Becky) and Janice Hardison; David Heller. She is also survived by five step-daughters; her grandniece; two grandnephews; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and her great-great grandchild.
