We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Elton Johnson Parks (Goldsboro, North Carolina), born in Wayne County, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Milford Parks; and his siblings, Mahlon Parks, Dempsy Parks, Jimmy Parks, Eleanor Wilson, Milner Gurley and Debbie Buttrum.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce Carroll Parks; his sons, Ken Parks (Glenda) and Mike Parks (Danette); his grandchildren, Chloe Cooke (Kyle), Bailey Parks, Jacob Wheeler and Adam Wheeler; and his siblings, Jesse Parks, Rebecca King and Esther Yuraitis.

Flowers are welcome or memorials may be given in his memory to Hood Swamp Friends Church or to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
