It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye Barnes Bailey (Goldsboro, North Carolina), born in Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Barnes and Lottie Barnes; her husband Durwood Belmon Bailey, Sr.; and her son Belmon Bailey, Jr.. She is survived by : her son Joseph Bailey, Sr. (Kay) of Goldsboro; her daughter-in-law Vickie C. Bailey of Goldsboro; her grandchildren, Chris Bailey (Sandy), Crystal Langdon, Joseph Bailey, Jr. (Wendy) and Jeff Bailey (Brandie); and her great grandchildren, McKenna Bailey, Allecia Langdon, Grace Bailey, Lily Bailey and Sam Bailey.
Memorials may be given in Faye's memory to Pinkney Baptist Church, 3157 N.C. Hwy. 581 North, Fremont, NC 27830.
