She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Quinton Price; her parents, Talmadge Delton Cooke and Minnie Mae Best Cooke; her sons, Danny Marlon Price and Timothy Steele Price; and her sisters, Evelyn Cooke Ingram and Susan Cooke Green.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Price Eanes (Randy) of Goldsboro, Sharlene Price Tucker (Raymond) of Vance and Cathy Price Brunt of Garner. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
