It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Stevens LaFevers of Goldsboro, North Carolina, who passed away on March 30, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred LaFevers and Norma LaFevers; and his granddaughter Caroline Daniels. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Tracey LaFevers Moore (HB) of Littleton, NC, Paige LaFevers Daniels (John) of Goldsboro, Steven James LaFevers (Jessica) of Greenville, NC and Scott Olen LaFevers (Kim) of Goldsboro; his grandchildren, Emma Grace Moore Milian (Caleb), Harrison Moore (Maddie), Dawson Daniels (Lindsay), Lydia, Alli, Bree, Brooke, Anna Scott, Zach and Kit LaFevers; his great grandchild Lucas Milian; and his sisters, Cissy LaFevers Stubblefield (Charles) and Pat LaFevers Holsten (Bruce). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul Methodist Church in his memory.
