He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Ruth Sharp and Robert "Mack" Rogers; his son Robert Frank Rogers; and his brothers, Tommy Eugene Rogers (Gene) and Richard Lyndel Rogers (Rick).
He is survived by: his children, Sean Michael Rogers (Kimberly) and Stephanie Allison Rogers (Kevin Segall); his grandchildren, Erica Ruth Rogers Hill, Richard Foster Rogers, Anna Reese Rogers and Dylan Cal Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Karissa Ann Hill and Anthony Robert Hill.
