It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Carpenter of Goldsboro, North Carolina, born in Frisco City, Alabama, who passed away on May 25, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Sallie Lou Eddins Carpenter. He is survived by: his significant other Judy Carpenter; his daughter Jennifer Carpenter (Richard Koshak); and his grandson Nathaniel Koshak.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church (200 N James St, Goldsboro, NC 27533).
