She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lucy Jane Hall and Willie Artis; her children, Delois Hall Drummond, Dorothy Hall Grimes, Geraldine Hall Taylor and Edgar Lee Hall; her grandparents, Georgianna Winstead and Nathan Hall; her siblings, Joyce Hall-Alston, Willie Willis Hall and Roland Lee Hall; her husband Roger Lee Edwards, Sr.; her children, Roger Lee Edwards, Jr. and Shari Denise Edwards of Knightdale, NC; her siblings, Geraldine Hall Taylor (John) of Richmond, VA, Dorothy Hall Grimes of Winterville, NC, Delois Hall Drummond of Stantonsburg, NC and Edgar Lee Hall (Patricia) of Wilson, NC; her aunt Della Barnes of Oakland, CA; her sisters-in-law, Beaulah Hilliard of Snow Hill, NC and Ruth Hall of Stantonsburg, NC; and her close friend Annie Dixon of Goldsboro, NC. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews; and several relatives and close family friends.

Georgia attended Invitation regularly until the COVID pandemic and her health and mobility started to decline.
