We bid farewell to Gerald James Lancaster (Goldsboro, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 14, 2026 at the age of 89. Gerald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Lancaster and Hattie Pope Lancaster; his wife Jean Holland Lancaster; and his grandson Dustin Lancaster. He is survived by: his son Tim Lancaster; his grandchildren, Joey Lancaster (Stacy) and Liane Windley; his close friend Bonnie Strickland; his niece Kim Williams; and his stepdaughter Michele Hyatt. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
