He was predeceased by: his father Joe Ann Callahan; and his brother Andy Callahan. He is survived by: his wife Syvonne Callahan of Goldsboro, NC.; his children, Elaine Tinder (Robbie) of Pinetops, NC, Kristen Satterfield (Scott) of Goldsboro, NC and Brandon Carroll (Katie) of Angier, NC.; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Edwards, Elijah, Finley, Magnolia Satterfield, Anna Jean, Leah Carroll, Chris, Jillian and Addison Tinder; his great grandchild Colton Lee; and his brother Wes Callahan (Becky) of Cleveland, TN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and devoted friends.
Greg had a heart for children and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Freedom Baptist Church Youth and Mission funds.
