He was predeceased by: his mother Zoie Oliver Foster. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Fordham Foster; his children, Ashley F. Crabtree (Brad), Frank Brian Foster and Zachary Fordham Foster; his grandchildren, Kennedy Foster, Hunter Foster, Bennett Crabtree and Bryson Crabtree; his father Frank Alfred Foster; his sister Vicki Foster Barefoot (Terry); his nephews, Jeremy and Adam; his brother Jeff Foster; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Fordham and Gary Fordham; and also Chase.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in his memory to the CCA, Coastal Conservation Association.
