He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Barrow Wells; his stepfather Leon "Tobe" Wells; and his uncle Kenneth Grady (Kay). He is survived by: his brother Steve Wells (Lori); his nephews, Grayson Wells (Abbigail) and Tanner Wells (Macaylah); his niece Leslie Wells; and his aunt Margaret Sutton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Gregg's memory to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
