She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Salgado-Duron and Dolores Arroyo-Santos; and her son Jocelyn Luis Carrasquillo. She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Carrasquillo and Kenneth Carrasquillo (Alicia); her grandchildren, Addison, Parker, Cade, Will, Melanie, Caitlyn, Grant, Gabriella and Alexander; her great grandchildren, Emery and Memilee; and her brothers, Miguel Salgado and Josean Salgado.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Isabel's memory to St. Mary Catholic Parish, 1603 Edgerton Street, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
