He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold Webber Sr. and Frances Fulghum Webber. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Webber; his sons, James H. Webber III of Fayetteville, David Webber of Goldsboro and Joseph Webber (Rebecca) of Fayetteville; his grandson Liam; his siblings, Peggy Kearney (Larry) and Robert Webber (Diane); his brother-in-law Carl Gentry; and his siblings' children, Lee Webber, Ian Gentry, Dana Webber and Jennifer Brown. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
